We’ve been with Takepayments for a while and recently had to switch to a different card machine, which put us on a new contract. We signed up for the free terminal rental for garages, but it wasn’t applied during the switch, even though we mentioned it multiple times and the call was recorded. I had to make two calls to fix it, as the first one didn’t apply the full discount we were promised. Luckily, Adam Trott sorted it out today. Thanks, Adam

I’m paying extra for the Takepayments+ service to get remote access to my transactions and stats, but the Ingenico terminal keeps switching to NER payment, so I can’t see the transactions remotely. Customer service has tried sorting it out, but no luck. Either fix it or stop charging for a service that doesn’t work properly

Terrible service. They’re eager to sell you their product, but once you sign the contract, they stop caring. As a small business, we need the pre-authorization feature to run tabs, but it hasn’t worked since we got the machines three weeks ago. Every time we call, we’re on hold for hours with promises to fix it, but nothing gets resolved!

I contacted Take Payments and spoke with Marta Chmiel. She was super helpful, polite, and made everything easy. I’ve never had any issues with Take Payments over the years, and their prices are great. Definitely recommend them.
