It’s simple to use and easy to access. Using it on an iPad is great because the buttons are big enough, and it’s easy to make adjustments. The categories help us track how much change we need and count how many people visit the museum each day.
I was on hold for over an hour once, and other times it was 30–40 minutes. The support team knows their stuff but has a language barrier. The system is confusing and has too many steps, which isn’t great for a bar or quick-service restaurant. They also didn’t tell me the system’s real capabilities, so I got out of my contract but had to pay a 45% restocking fee for returning their gear.
Even with the technical issues, our experience with Revel has been really good because it’s easy to use and packed with features.
