Yuma has been fantastic for my business! It replaced my old system with a sleek, user-friendly POS that has great features like staff management and inventory. The pricing is solid, and the onboarding was smooth with a friendly team.
Service has been terrible. It took almost two months to get my equipment, and it came in three different boxes. By then, I’d started using another POS system because my business was up and running. I paid over £300, and after waiting five weeks with no equipment, I asked for a refund in May. No one helped, so I asked again in June when I finally got the gear but had already been running without it. Now it’s July, and they won’t refund me because it’s considered second-hand, even though the equipment is still unopened. I also didn’t get the promised training. Now I’m stuck with a £300 POS system I can’t use and told to just throw it away. I’m really angry with YUMA!
