Recently, Mealzo quickly sorted out an issue I had with a restaurant. Even though they weren’t the gateway for the order, the agent went the extra mile to contact the restaurant manager and fix things for me. Huge thanks to Brad and Laura for their help. We’ll definitely be using the app again.

I don’t get how this place even gets 3 stars. Apps have issues, I get that, but when you give them a chance to fix things and all you get are basic ‘sorry, computer says no’ replies, it’s just not worth it. If you care about keeping and growing your customer base, avoid this.

I run a bakery and thought it was too good to be true. The sales team is excellent, and customer care is solid. However, the menu and graphics teams are lacking. The product and sales team are good, but a few areas need improvement. It works well for others and restaurants, but it doesn’t meet my specific needs.
