The onboarding team is exceptional. Before choosing Lightspeed as my all-in-one site and POS solution, I researched and experienced several onboarding processes in a short period.
As we have been going live with multiple Vend instances across multiple countries, Lightspeed have played a crucial part in getting up setup and connected with Lightspeed Payments and support with Vend.
We are now live with our Vend setup and we are very pleased with it. Nothing is too much trouble for Lightspeed and they are always willing to listen to feature requests and ensuring customers are happy with their service
They were very helpful, consistently friendly, and quick throughout the entire process.
After being with vend which was taken over from lightspeed for 7 years, we have been bullied in to using their merchant service, which is unreliable, slow and horrific to account for. Shame on you for treating you loyal customer base like this.
