The 24/7 support that Lightspeed offers is greatly appreciated by many users. It can be deduced from reviews that Lightspeed scores high in terms of service by offering an online help site, training sessions, white papers, webinars, blogs and telephone customer service.
After exploring various POS systems for our business, we ultimately chose Lightspeed because it offered all the features we needed. We couldn’t be more satisfied with our new system—both in how seamlessly it integrated into our operations and the exceptional support provided by the Lightspeed team during the onboarding process. Our onboarding specialist, Madalyn Scarborough, exceeded our expectations, addressing all our questions and ensuring a smooth and stress-free transition to Lightspeed.
Switching to Lightspeed has been a great decision, replacing our outdated POS system. It’s made menu updates much simpler, allowed us to sync with delivery platforms seamlessly, and given our customers the option to order online. Their solution covers all our restaurant needs comprehensively.
While we’ve encountered a few minor downsides, such as longer wait times for live phone support and some price increases, we’re very satisfied with the overall service.
Everything was great until recently they penalise you for not switching to their payment processing system. We have had to leave Dojo (which was excellent). To move over to their outdated system.
